"In my position as a member of the Board of Directors of the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association I was lucky earlier this year to be a part of a Strategic Planning Session for our Association that was led by Joshua Dick. I have to admit with the various dynamics of a volunteer Board I was anxious and a bit skeptical as to how this planning session would go and how receptive those involved would be. Our goals were to create both a Mission Statement as well as develop a three year plan for our group.
